Safe Number Terms and Conditions

	This constitutes a contract between Storacall Technology Ltd T/A X-on (X-on) and the customer who has signed up for use of the Safe Number services (The Customer).
	Safe Numbers are Personal Numbers. Each number is for the purpose of connecting callers to an individual who has control of the final destination of the call. X-on reserves the right to disconnect numbers which have been used in contravention to Offcom's Guidance for the use of Personal Numbers.
	The Customer will not use the Safe Number for illegal purposes and X-on reserves the right to disconnect Safe Numbers used in breach of UK Laws or regulatory guidelines without notice or consultation.
	The Customer has no obligation to make use of the Safe Number for inbound or outbound calls and can continue to have use of the number provided that the terms are complied with. Should the Safe Number receive less than 4 calls in a two month period, X-on reserves the right to withdraw the number within a further 7 days, having notified the Customer of our intention.
	Calls received on Safe Numbers will be charged to the caller at BT's published pn2 rate, currently 42.55p + VAT, and may be subject to any network surcharges that the caller's network imposes.
